This is a coupon book, similar to the Entertainment Book, but better as it’s customized for Nashville area stores, restaurants and attractions. It sells for $25.00 and $12.50 of every book sold goes into that band student’s fundraising account. Click here for details.

This is the sale of high quality, Florida Citrus fruit and Washington apples. Students earn 35%-60% of the gross value of fruit sold and the funds earned go directly into that band student’s fundraising account.

Each year the Band Boosters sell concessions, at Titans games and other LP Field events, as a fundraising activity. We earn 10% of the gross revenue made by the booths we are staffing, which we allocate equally to the student fundraising accounts at the end of the season. We take the total amount and divide it by the total number of workers for each of the 12 events that we typically work, and allocate a "game-share" to each student’s account for each event that a parent or family member has worked during the season. This usually amounts to $65.00+ per shift worked.
Typical Sunday Titans game - kickoff at 12 noon, gates open at 10:00am, we meet at 8:30am in a parking lot downtown.
For other start times - we typically meet 3 ½ to 4 hours before the beginning of the event. (e.g. Meet at 4:30pm for an 8:00pm Monday night game.)
We work on the "Club Level," which is indoors. We are expected to wear khaki pants (or shorts or skirt), with a solid white shirt that has a collar.
Typical day is about 8 hours long. We are expected to clean up the booths before we leave, which includes mopping the floor.
One person at each booth is given the responsibility of handling the cash. This involves going to the cash station in the lower level of the stadium to pick up and sign for the beginning till. The person will collect, count, and record big bills for cash pick-ups at varius times during the shift and will go back to the cash station after the booths are closed to turn in the remaining cash.
Since we do sell a significant amount of beer at these games, all persons who will be working at the registers are required to be "TIPS-Certified." This involves attending a class at the stadium where the specifics of the laws and regulations of alcohol sales are explained. The certification lasts for 3 years. Anyone who needs to attend a class for certification will be allotted a ½ "game-share" at the end of the season.
No one under the age of 18 can work at the booths where beer is sold, which is true for almost all events. Also, our policy is that current Father Ryan students, regardless of age, will not be allowed to work in the booths for beer events. However, occasionally there are events where no beer is sold, in which case any student can work if their parent accompanies them.
