Band Camp
There is a $425.00 "Band Camp Fee" which helps cover the following items:

Lodging
Food

** THIS $425.00 BAND CAMP FEE IS DUE IN FULL BY TUESDAY JULY 22, 2008 AT THE MANDATORY PARENT MEETING, ALONG WITH THE NECESSARY RELEASE FORMS. **
Marching Band
There is an additional $475.00 "Marching Band Fee" that each student must meet by February, 2009. The Marching Band Fee pays for the following:
Transportation and Lodging - to the St. Petersburg BOA contest; the Indianapolis BOA contest; the Indianapolis BOA Grand Nationals; local contests and football games.
Band Shirts - For all band members.

Local Contest Fees
Band Uniforms - Rental, cleaning, and maintenance.
School Instruments
All Band Banquet Awards - Blankets, letters, pins, patches, etc.
The student is offered fundraising opportunities throughout the year to help lower the total fees due. The school will bill you for any outstanding balances from Marching Band fees after February 2009. If you only fundraise part of the fee, you will need to pay the difference.
Marching Shoes
Students will be responsible for purchasing their band shoes. These will be ordered the week of Pre-Band Camp, and the cost will be added to your band fees. Cost TBD.
Multi-Child Discounts
Families that have more than one child participating in the band program will receive the following "Band Camp Fee" adjustment: Two Children $722.50 Total.
Families that have more than one child participating in the band program will receive the following "Marching Band Fee" adjustment: Two Children $807.50 Total.
Winter Drum Line
The "Winter Drum Line Fees" for 2009 will be TBD for musicians and TBD for non-musicians (extras). These fees are due by TBD and will be used to pay for the following:
Transportation and lodging (when required) to the Nashville SCGC Contest; the Franklin SCGC Contest; the Indianapolis WGI Regional Competition; the Dayton Regional Competition; and the World Championships in Dayton
Winter Drum Line shirts for all Band members
Props and equipment
School instruments.
